Four Decades of Workforce Expertise. One Platform Built to Use It.
Intellify is the workforce intelligence platform that turns fragmented data into faster decisions and lower costs, so clinicians reach patients sooner. Built on Cross Country Healthcare's 40 years of clinical solutions and staff experience, Intellify is what happens when deep operational knowledge becomes enterprise technology.
Heritage
Built by People Who Have Done the Work
Cross Country Healthcare has placed clinicians in hospitals, health systems, and care facilities since 1986. Over four decades, the company has built one of the largest and most operationally complex healthcare workforce networks in the United States.
That work produced something no software-first company can replicate: a ground-level understanding of how healthcare staffing actually operates. What compliance teams track. What auditors ask for. Where credential delays cost facilities lost revenue. How rate negotiations break down across labor categories. Where manual processes create bottlenecks that ripple through patient care.
Intellify exists because Cross Country decided that knowledge should live in a platform, not just in the experience of the people running the operation.

Compliance Backed by Three Decades of Joint Commission Certification
Intellify is not just software with a compliance checklist bolted on. The compliance function is backed by 40 years of healthcare workforce expertise and a clinician-led team with more than 30 years of Joint Commission Certification experience.
Cross Country Healthcare was the first publicly traded staffing firm to obtain Joint Commission certification, and still holds it with a Letter of Distinction.
That operational knowledge is embedded in how the platform works: what gets tracked, how requirements are structured, where exceptions need documentation, and what auditors actually look for. Clinical advisory services are available to clients who need additional support.

Innovation
Built Different. On Purpose.
Intellify was not built by retrofitting a legacy VMS. It was designed from the ground up as a workforce intelligence platform, with the architecture, security posture, and data model that healthcare enterprises require.
Security First
The Only SOC 2® Type II Healthcare VMS
Enterprise-grade security is not an add-on. Intellify was architected for healthcare data governance from day one: role-based access, auditable vendor separation, encryption at rest and in transit. One security framework governs the entire platform, including AI.

Your Workforce Data, Answering Back
Agentic AI that lets workforce leaders ask questions in plain language and get answers from their own data in seconds. Rate benchmarking, demand forecasting, fill-time comparisons, and cost scenario modeling, available the moment a question surfaces.

Beyond the VMS
Traditional vendor management systems manage transactions. Intellify connects contingent labor, compliance, scheduling, locum tenens, and analytics into a single platform with a shared data layer. The result is intelligence across every labor category, not just a record of what happened.

Decisions at the Speed They Happen
Workforce decisions do not wait for the end of the quarter. Intellify surfaces predictive models, market benchmarks, and cost scenarios in real time so health systems can act while the window is open, not after it closes.

The People Behind the Platform
Intellify is led by operators who have spent their careers at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and workforce management.

Julie brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare staffing, managed services, and enterprise workforce solutions. Her career spans leadership roles across MSP operations, supplier partnerships, and account management at major healthcare staffing organizations.
At Intellify, Julie is responsible for the business strategy, client relationships, and operational execution that translate platform capability into measurable outcomes for health systems.

Darrick has spent more than 18 years building technology products, with deep expertise in machine learning, business intelligence, and healthcare workforce optimization.
As CPO, Darrick owns the product vision and roadmap for the entire Intellify platform, from the core orchestration engine to the agentic AI powering Intellify Insights. His focus: building a platform where the technology disappears and the intelligence is what health systems experience every day.

What Drives Us
Clinicians at the Bedside, Sooner
Every inefficiency in workforce management has a downstream cost that never shows up on a spreadsheet. The nurse who starts two weeks late because credentialing was manual. The physician slot that sits empty because no one could model whether the locum tenens rate was worth it. The workforce VP who spends Friday afternoons reconciling reports instead of planning.
Intellify removes those bottlenecks. When workforce operations run on real data instead of fragmented reports, clinicians get placed faster, assignments start sooner, and the people running workforce programs get their time back for strategy.
The goal is not a better dashboard. It is clinicians devoted to patient care, and a workforce team with the time and clarity to support them.
